All Officials seeking USATF Certification for the first time will begin at the                Apprentice or Association level.

Current officials must renew for each Olympiad.

Note: Please use the forms only after receiving instructions from your Associations's Certification Chair. Please DO NOT simply fill out the forms and send them to your certification chair without talking to them.
